Evaporators are used for a number of processes to separate liquids having different specific gravities and to remove water from solutions to concentrate the remaining components for reduction of disposal costs.
The INOV8 evaporator goes one step further - it uses the oils separated from the water to fuel the evaporator. Wastes generated from machine coolants, mop water, wash solutions, process waters and/or rinse solutions can be evaporated away leavings oils and solvents, which are then used to fuel the burner that heats the water in the evaporator. These are perfect systems for environmentally conscious companies.
INOV8 now offers four sizes of waste oil fueled evaporators having capacities of 15 to 60 gallons of water evaporated per hour. There are numerous evaporator manufacturers but none that offer one fueled by waste oils. There has been a huge increase in demand for evaporators (natural gas, fuel oil and electricity) because of increasing environmental restrictions and disposal costs. For example many states are adopting regulations that prohibit the dumping of wastewaters that previously were allowed in city sewer systems, similiar regulations are coming to Canada. Waters used for washing vehicles, floors, and equipment and for other cleaning purposes are just some examples. Without an evaporator this water must be collected, stored in barrels and taken by waste collection companies that charge high disposal fees, utilizing our evaporator eliminates this cost and improves your bottom line.
