Innovative Heating, Waste and Water Treatment Solutions
INTRODUCTION
TRIAD Boiler Systems began almost 80 years ago to manufacture hot water heaters and hydronic heating convectors. The company soon expanded into the production of hot water boilers for commercial radiant heating applications. Today, TRIAD continues this tradition by manufacturing premium-quality commercial, packaged hot water and steam boilers. These modular units can be fired sequentially, based on heat-load requirements. With the use of commonly recognized, off-the-shelf controls and burners such as Honeywell, Powerflame and Gordon-Piatt, replacement parts are easy to obtain.
TRIAD Hot Water and Steam boilers use a steel firetube design with input ranging from 210MBTU to 1700MBTU per hour. Multiple units can be operated via a control panel to produce many millions of BTU's. All TRIAD models from 600MBTU to 1700MBTU carry an Underwriter's Laboratories ("UL") listing
A few highlights of TRIAD's history:
1926 Founded in Chicago, Illinois. 1939 Originates the industry's first "packaged hot water boiler." 1949 Installs the first modular hot water boiler system. 1962 Develops the first "primary - secondary" hot water boiler system. 1967 Obtains patent on primary-secondary system. 1982 Develops the first microprocessor modular boiler system control panel. 1989 Introduces "Series 8900" fully programmable control panel. 1996 Develops an updated oil-fired system with higher efficiencies. 2000 Offers a 20-year warranty against leaks caused by thermal shock. 2003 Introduces Low NOx boiler.
TRIAD Boilers have been designed to provide a lot of heat in a small footprint, with more than one solution available from a single vessel (such as our Combination Boilers) they can be used in many situations for a wide variety of applications.
